Description

The GD32E230 series is a cost-effective and high-efficiency line of 32-bit microcontrollers based on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, running at a maximum frequency of 72MHz. Designed for a wide range of industrial, consumer, and embedded control applications, this MCU series features up to 64KB of Flash memory and 8KB of SRAM, delivering responsive performance with minimal power consumption. The GD32E230 family supports a broad set of integrated digital and analog peripherals, including USART, I2C, SPI, I2S, and comparators, enabling flexible interface options for developers.

Available in compact packages such as TSSOP20, LGA20, QFN28, QFN32, LQFP32, and LQFP48, the GD32E230 offers scalable form factors for space-constrained designs as well as pin-rich systems. This makes it suitable for applications such as motor control, consumer electronics, portable devices, and embedded sensors where performance, integration, and cost-efficiency are key.
