FAQs

What should I be aware of when using filament connectors?
  • Temperature Caution: Inside the machine, the temperature of the black snap part can reach between 50℃ and 100℃. Please avoid direct contact.
  • Filament Compatibility: The machine is designed for 1.75mm diameter filament only, with a hole diameter of approximately 2.2mm. For optimal connection, it’s recommended to dry the filament beforehand to prevent dampness, which can affect bonding quality.
  • Automatic Heating: Once powered on, the machine will automatically begin warming to the preset temperature for the selected material. To prevent potential fire hazards, please disconnect the power when the machine is not in use or when you are not present.
What is the Teflon tube included in the package?
Each machine set includes a free pack of Teflon tubing (approximately 200 pieces), provided by the factory. After exhausting the initial supply, customers will need to purchase additional tubing as required.

How should I store this machine?
Store the machine at a minimum room temperature of 10℃. Operating in lower temperatures is not recommended, as it may cause abnormal performance or damage to the machine.
