The Electric Rotary Union OD86mm (2ch Air G3/8, 1 MPa) is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade rotary interface designed to simultaneously transmit pneumatic media and mixed electrical signals through 360 continuous rotation. Engineered for high-performance automation systems, this rotary union supports compressed air, steam, vacuum, negative and positive pressure transfer with a maximum rating of 1 MPa, making it suitable for demanding production environments. In addition to pneumatic transfer, it is capable of integrating slip-ring functionalities to carry complex electrical signals such as USB, HDMI, 1000M Ethernet, VGA, DVI, coaxial RF, servo motor signals and industrial bus protocols. With two G3/8 air channels designed for 10–12 mm hoses, the OD86mm rotary union ensures reliable, leak-resistant operation under high rotational loads. Its robust construction and hybrid transmission capability make it ideal for robotic arms, packaging machinery, rotary tables, automation modules, semiconductor tools and mixed-media rotary systems.
