The EL3H7(C)(TA)-VG is a compact phototransistor optocoupler from Everlight’s EL3H7-G series, engineered for reliable signal isolation in space-constrained electronic designs. It integrates an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor detector, housed in a low-profile 4-pin SSOP SMD package (2.0 mm height). This construction enables safe signal transmission between circuits operating at different voltage potentials while maintaining excellent electrical isolation.

This variant features CTR Rank C, offering a current transfer ratio of 200% to 400% at IF = 5 mA, making it suitable for applications requiring higher gain margins. With a high isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms, wide operating temperature range, and multiple international safety approvals including UL and VDE, the EL3H7(C)(TA)-VG is widely used in DC-DC converters, programmable controllers, telecom equipment, and industrial control systems.
