The EL357N(B)(TA)-G is a compact phototransistor optocoupler from Everlight’s EL357N-G series, designed for safe and reliable electrical isolation in industrial, power, and communication electronics. It combines an infrared LED optically coupled to a phototransistor output, housed in a 4-pin SOP SMD package with a 2.0 mm low profile, making it suitable for space-constrained PCB designs.
This CTR Rank B variant provides a current transfer ratio of 130% to 260% at IF = 5 mA, offering stable signal amplification across isolation barriers. With a high isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms, wide operating temperature range, and multiple global safety approvals, the EL357N(B)(TA)-G is widely used for signal transmission between circuits operating at different potentials.
