The CDCM9102RHBR is a low-jitter clock generator with an integrated phase-locked loop (PLL) from Texas Instruments, designed to deliver high-quality clock signals for timing-sensitive digital systems. It supports frequency synthesis, clock multiplication, and jitter cleaning, making it well suited for applications such as FPGA clocking, high-speed data converters, networking equipment, and industrial control systems. The device accepts a crystal or external reference clock and generates a stable, low-noise output clock with excellent phase noise performance.
