Description

The CD74HC4067 and CD74HCT4067 are digitally controlled analog switches that use silicon-gate CMOS technology to reach LSTTL-like operating speeds while consuming less power than regular CMOS integrated circuits. These analog multiplexers and demultiplexers manage analog voltages that can fluctuate across the voltage source range. They are bidirectional, therefore any analog input can be used as an output, and vice versa. The switches feature low on- and off-leakage. Furthermore, these devices include an enable control that, when set to high, disables all switches and sets them to off.
