Description

The CD405xB series are digitally controlled analog multiplexers and demultiplexers, offering efficient and precise routing of analog signals in mixed-signal systems. These devices operate as low ON-resistance analog switches with extremely low OFF-state leakage currents, ensuring signal integrity in high-impedance and low-noise environments. Designed for wide voltage supply compatibility, the CD405xB series consumes very low quiescent power, independent of control signal logic levels or operating voltage range across VDD–VSS and VDD–VEE. These features make the CD405xB series ideal for use in sensor routing, data acquisition systems, audio multiplexing, and instrumentation. Their compact form and versatile configuration support both multiplexing and demultiplexing, with minimal signal distortion across a broad input range.
