The APX811-31UG-7 is a compact microprocessor supervisor designed to monitor system supply voltage and provide reliable reset control for embedded processors and digital systems. Manufactured by Diodes Incorporated, this device continuously supervises the VCC supply and asserts a reset signal whenever the supply voltage falls below a predefined threshold, preventing system malfunction due to unstable power conditions.

The device features a push-pull active-low RESET output and includes a manual reset (MR) input that allows external triggering of the reset signal when required. Once the supply voltage rises above the reset threshold, an internal timer maintains the reset signal for at least 240 ms to ensure the system has enough time to stabilise before normal operation resumes. With its small SOT-143 package and industrial temperature range, the APX811-31UG-7 is well suited for embedded systems, industrial electronics, communication devices, and portable applications.
