AP64352SP-13 3.5A Synchronous Buck Converter

The AP64352SP-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a high-performance 3.5A synchronous buck converter designed for efficient DC-DC step-down conversion. It integrates a 75mohm high-side and 45mΩ low-side MOSFET, delivering superior efficiency and EMI performance across a wide input voltage range of 3.8V to 40V. With its internal loop compensation and peak current mode control, this converter minimizes external components, simplifying design for engineers.

Engineered for low noise and high reliability, the AP64352SP-13 includes Frequency Spread Spectrum (+-6%), a proprietary gate driver to reduce ringing, and a low quiescent current of 22uA. It supports programmable switching frequencies (100kHz–2.2MHz), external clock synchronization, and soft-start control, ensuring stable operation across various industrial, automotive, and consumer applications.

Applications

  • 5V, 12V, and 24V distributed power supplies
  • Consumer electronics and white goods
  • Network and home audio systems
  • Industrial automation and embedded systems
  • General-purpose point-of-load regulation
