The AP62600SJ-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a high-performance 6A synchronous buck converter designed for compact, efficient, and low-noise DC-DC power systems. With a wide input range of 3.8V to 18V, it supports adjustable output voltages from 0.8V to 7V and delivers up to 95% efficiency.

Using Peak Current Mode Control and Constant On-Time (COT) architecture, the device provides fast transient response, reduced output ripple, and superior load regulation. It integrates low RDS(on) MOSFETs (28mΩ high-side / 13mΩ low-side) to ensure minimal power loss and features Frequency Spread Spectrum (FSS +-6%) for excellent EMI performance.
