AP62300Z6-7 3A Synchronous Buck Converter | High-Efficiency DC-DC Step-Down Regulator

The AP62300Z6-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a 3A synchronous buck converter designed for compact, efficient, and EMI-friendly power regulation. Operating from a 4.2V to 18V input range, it delivers up to 3A continuous output current with a 0.8V to 7V adjustable output voltage. With Constant On-Time (COT) control, the converter achieves fast transient response and low output ripple, reducing the need for external compensation components.

Engineered with integrated 75mΩ high-side and 45mΩ low-side MOSFETs, the AP62300Z6-7 offers up to 83% efficiency at 5mA light load and maintains excellent EMI suppression through a proprietary gate driver design. Its low quiescent current (155uA) and protection features such as UVLO, thermal shutdown, and overcurrent protection make it ideal for power-sensitive embedded systems.
