The AP62200WU-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a 2A synchronous buck converter designed for efficient step-down DC-DC conversion across a 4.2V to 18V input range. It integrates both 90mohm high-side and 65mohm low-side MOSFETs, ensuring high efficiency with minimal external components. Using Constant On-Time (COT) control, it provides fast transient response, low ripple, and excellent loop stability.

Optimised for low EMI performance, the AP62200WU-7 uses a proprietary gate driver design that minimises switching noise without sacrificing speed or efficiency.
