Installation steps:
- 1. Remove the heatsink's three spring screws and peel off the phase change material protection layer.
- 2. Align the LattePanda Mu's CPU with the heatsink's phase change material, then align the screw holes.
- 3. Tighten the three spring screws in a circular motion to complete the installation. Be careful not to fully tighten one screw before loosening another, as this can harm the CPU chip due to unequal strain.
Note: Compatible only with the LattePanda Mu model.
1. To replace or remove the heatsink, the LattePanda Mu must be turned off.
2. During use, please avoid direct contact between your skin and the casing to prevent burning.
