The 7Semi HDMI/DVI Breakout with 24LC02B EEPROM is a compact and robust adapter board designed for developers, engineers, and embedded system designers working with digital video signals. Equipped with a standard DVI-D connector and clearly labelled pin headers, it allows easy access to high-speed differential pairs (TX0, TX1, TX2, TXC) along with I2C SDA/SCL lines. The onboard Microchip 24LC02B EEPROM (2-Kbit I2C Serial EEPROM) provides reliable EDID/DDC data storage, ensuring proper handshaking between source devices and HDMI/DVI displays.
This breakout board simplifies EDID emulation, making it an excellent choice for FPGA video output testing, microcontroller-based prototyping, and embedded display development. With a breadboard-friendly layout, durable PCB design, and convenient mounting holes, the board is ideal for lab testing, debugging, or integration into custom enclosures. Whether you need to analyse signal integrity or customise EDID data for display projects, this module provides flexibility and efficiency in a compact form.
