Built for high-performance automotive and industrial applications, the 7Semi Buck Converter Breakout In 3.0-65V Out 5V/0.6A – LMR36506-Q1 ensures robust and reliable power regulation across a broad input range of 3.0V to 65V, with transient handling up to 70V. This step-down voltage regulator features a fixed 5V output at 0.6A, engineered for systems that require stable performance under demanding electrical environments, including cold crank starts in vehicles. The integrated LMR36506-Q1 controller offers superior EMI performance and power efficiency by enabling automatic transition between FPWM and PFM modes.
Designed with a built-in PGOOD flag, this breakout board provides accurate output voltage monitoring without the need for an external supervisor. It simplifies power architecture in embedded systems and enhances reliability for automotive electronics, industrial control units, and remote sensor applications. Its ultra-low standby quiescent current maximises efficiency at light loads, making it ideal for power-sensitive designs that require always-on capability without excessive power draw.
