Description

The 74LVC1G125 is a single non-inverting buffer/bus driver with a three-state output. When the output enable (OE) pin is driven HIGH, the output enters a high impedance state. The gadget is intended to operate with a power supply voltage of 1.65V to 5.5V. The inputs are tolerant to 5.5V, therefore this device can be used in a mixed voltage environment. The device is completely specified for partial power down applications that use IOFF. When the device is turned off, the IOFF circuitry inhibits the output, preventing potentially hazardous current backflow.
