The 24LC512T-I/SN from Microchip Technology Inc. is a high-capacity 512 Kbit (64Kx8) Serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) that provides reliable non-volatile data storage for advanced and low-power applications. Supporting the I2C-compatible serial interface, the device operates across a wide voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and offers page write capabilities up to 128 bytes. With fast access times, low power consumption, and hardware write protection, the 24LC512 is ideal for data logging, configuration storage, and embedded control systems. The device supports both random and sequential reads up to the 512K boundary and can be cascaded with up to eight devices on a single I²C bus for expanded memory capacity.
